Iowa State Flag

The Iowa flag resembles a vertical tricolor consisting of blue, white, red. The white part is twice as big as the others two making it easier to contain a brown eagle holding a blue ribbon with the words “Our Liberties We Prize And Our Rights We Will Maintain”.
