If you were looking for a Tailwind CSS UI kit for Sketch, Jesse Dobbelaer made one and it’s available on GitHub. The library contains all the default colors (document colors/layer styles), typography styles, shadows, buttons, spacers/containers and basic form symbols. Enjoy!
