Colorado State Seal

The seal of Colorado consists of an outer red ring with 6 blue stars and the words “State of Colorado” and the year “1876”. Inside you will see a blue circle the “All Seeing Eye” shining at the top, a battle axe under it, a heraldic shield with the top part depicting blue mountains with a red sky and the other one two miner tools on a yellow background. Under all of these you will also notice a white ribbons with the words “Nil Sine Numine”.
