Hawaii State Seal

The state of Hawaii has it’s seal designed using an outer pale yellow colored ring with the words “Territory of Hawaii” and “Ua Mau ke Ea o ka ʻĀina i ka Pono”. In the center of the ring you will notice a quartered shied with two diagonal-opposite direction the same. One represents the flag of Hawaii and the other a kapu stick on a yellow background. To the left and right of the shield you will notice two persons, one wearing yellow and the other blue. One is male and other a female. Under them you will see phoenix. They are a surrounded by a laurel wreath.
