Indiana State Flag

The state of Indiana has a flag that shows a dark blue background with a golden torch surrounded by 19 stars. Thirteen stars form a circle, from which 6 are connected to the torch. Five from the 19 stars for a semi-circle at the base of the torch. And the last star, which is bigger that the rest lays at the top of the torch making them connected.
