Iowa State Seal

The Great Seal of Iowa has a lot of similarities with the Coat of Arms. The clipart is toned down with a minimalistic design and vibrant colors. There are some additional elements besides the citizen soldier holding the flag in a wheat field and that is the blue ribbons hold by an eagle.
